Great Sushi! Food came out right after we ordered. My fiance isn't a huge sushi fan but she loved the chicken tempura roll and the avocado roll. This will be a regular date night for us because it taste great and was affordable.
We really enjoyed the “happy hour” specials. The rolls were delicious. Got the pho for the girls and it was very good too.
Took my husband there tonight for his birthday and I can say we have found our sushi spot. We’re from out of town staying in Bloomington temporarily and we decided to give this place a shot. The service was great. Our server was right on top of things and the food was impeccable! The sushi was so fresh and absolutely delicious. Everything was plated so nicely and came out steaming hot. I got the chicken bento box which comes with a sushi roll and then I ordered the “yummy roll” I believe. It was so good and way too much food! Lol we had to get to go boxes. My husband ordered the rainbow roll and the dinosaur roll. He loved both of them as well. We also got this interesting appetizer and it was crab and cream cheese fried with avocado on top and sauce. Everything looked so good so we kinda ordered everything! Highly recommend coming here!!!
This place is excellent, exceeded all my expectations. The lady who served me was very nice, the sushi chef gets props. The sushi is top notch for Bloomington. Roles are large, presentation is art work. They use raw fish and real crab meat. Overall fantastic!!
It can get really busy but the staff is always so lovely. Food is absolutely delicous everytime. One of my favorite places and pretty affordable for sushi.
I had the spicy miso ramen. The flavor was fine. I must critique the dish, because the eggs were not soft-boiled by default, I wasn't impressed with the choice of corn as a regular topping, and the ramen noodles were not authentic. You'll have to specify what toppings you want, and how you want them prepared. You won't receive wholly genuine Japanese cuisine here, but that's to be expected in this region of the country. Nonetheless, you'll receive a well-made, Western variation that satiates your hunger.
Always quick service and delicious food! I get my rice without eggs and it is sticky hibachi rice and I can't get enough! We have tried many things on the menu and loved it all! No heavy sauces and super fresh! The gyoza sauce to dip eas so divine I poured it on my chicken and salmon.
Sushi made fresh to order. Everything was delicious! As someone who lived on the coast for 18 years with access to fresh seafood, this will definitely be a go to anytime I'm in the area for work. Trust me, if your sushi roll falls apart it's because it was super freshly made. If that bothers you and you're getting takeout, simply get home and put it in your fridge for 10-15 minutes. Problem solved! Will be back for sure!
